Return and Refund Policy

At Prism, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The product must be unused and unworn
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging must be available
  • Clear proof of issue (photos/videos) may be required
  • The item must not be washed, altered, or damaged by the customer

Return or refund is applicable for:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged item received
  • Defective or faulty product
  • Missing item from the order
  • Product significantly different from the description shown

Return or refund is not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services

Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days depending on payment method and bank processing time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side.

Prism reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet our policy conditions.
