Return and Refund Policy
At Prism, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- The product must be unused and unworn
- Original tags must remain attached
- Original packaging must be available
- Clear proof of issue (photos/videos) may be required
- The item must not be washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
Return or refund is applicable for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged item received
- Defective or faulty product
- Missing item from the order
- Product significantly different from the description shown
Return or refund is not applicable for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Minor color differences due to lighting or screen settings
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Delivery delays caused by courier services
Once your request is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days depending on payment method and bank processing time.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake occurred from our side.
Prism reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet our policy conditions.
